Tentative Break Schedule

All swim groups will have a short break from practice upon conclusion of the Division 1 Championships.

This break will last approximately 2 1/2 weeks, beginning on Monday, March 22nd. We are trying to keep

the break as short as possible and depending on scheduling, we will resume swimming during the week

of April 5th. Once the schedule is finalized, it will be posted here and on the practice calendar.

Site Updates

We are starting to roll out some new features and updates to the site. This page will detail the majority of changes and additions as they go live so please check back often.

A Documents menu item is now available to all registered site members. This menu item currently contatins the 2009 & 2010 MOST Contract as well as a Meet Entry Form. To download these items you must be logged in to the site. You do not need to be a current team member in order to register for your free site membership.

Claire McKay has signed a letter of intent with Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Congratulations Claire we are very excited and proud of you. We wish you every success this year at the Nebraska State Meet and the rest of your career with MOST. We will be excited to see you compete at the College level. You have been a great asset to our MOST TEAM and I know you will do the same at XAVIER..

Welcome

Welcome to the new online home of Metro Omaha Swim Team.

This totally redesigned portal was launched on 14 December. Each day over the next week or so, new features will be brought online. Many of the features require that you have a registered account. It only takes a few minutes to register, and it is free. We welcome all individuals that have an interest in the great sport of swimming to sign-up, regardless of whether you are a MOST member, or swim with a different team.

Metro Omaha Swim Team members should make sure that there account notes that they are a current team member. There are many components that will only be available as a team member.
